Recommended Ages 14-55
Teen/Adult Hip Hop is a high-energy, strong-powered dance with a combination of sharp and smooth movements and isolations. The class will begin with a warm-up stretch followed by a choreographed dance that progresses each week with the opportunity to perform in our year-end spring recital. All experience levels welcome.
What to wear:
Well fitting clothes designed for movement; no jeans. Socks or clean shoes worn only in the studio. (No street shoes on the dance floor.) Hair must be secured away from face. No loose or dangling jewelry.
