Lyrical & Jazz offers exploration of expressive and emotional movement with incorporation of turns, leaps, and storytelling lyrical style as well as a higher energy rhythm style of jazz. The class will begin with a warm up and stretches followed by across the floor technique practice and a choreographed dances that progresses each week. This class is for the Beg/Intermediate dancer.

Dancer Conditioning is a combination of stretching and body conditioning. The class includes cardio to increase endurance for the dancer as well as several arm, abdominal, and leg exercises to strengthen the entire body. Strong muscles are vital for protecting the body and improving dance skills.
