Recommended Ages 14-40
Dancer Conditioning is a combination of deep stretching and body conditioning. The class is heavy in strength and cardio to increase endurance for the dancer. The class includes several arms, abdominal, and leg exercises to strengthen the entire body. Strong muscles are vital for protecting the body and improving dance skills.
What to wear:
Well fitting clothes designed for movement; no jeans. Clean sneakers worn only indoors. (No street shoes on the dance floor.) Hair must be secured away from face. No loose or dangling jewelry.
