Jazz & Lyrical for Adults class is a blend of ballet and modern dance styles with simple turns and leaps. Jazz focuses on a higher energy rhythm paired with techniques of ballet based movements. Lyrical offers exploration of expressive and emotional movement with incorporation of storytelling. The class will begin with a warm up stretch followed by technique practice and a choreographed dance that progresses each week. This class is for the adult dancer who loves to dance but doesn’t necessarily want to perform on stage. All experience levels are welcome.

What to wear:

Well fitting clothes designed for movement; no jeans. Clean socks or jazz or ballet shoes. Hair must be secured away from face. No loose or dangling jewelry. (No street shoes on the dance floor.)
