Allison (she/her) started dancing when she was 9 years old after years of trying to convince her parents to sign her up for classes. She’s trained at multiple studios as well as at university in hip-hop, lyrical, jazz, tap, ballet, east coast swing, lindy hop, and a little bit of hula. From assisting with dance classes as a young teen to running nature-focused summer camps to teaching free art lessons in underprivileged communities to teaching preschool gymnastics, Allison has always had a passion for working with youth.
When not taking or teaching dance classes, she works as a Wildlife Rehabber and Horticulture Specialist working with native plants and animals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Marine Biology, and she spends her free time tidepooling, birdwatching, and doing yoga.
